don't think so, most younglings leave ST within 2 years because no progression, lower than market rate salary, no more stock options for new joiners, no more national day bonus. the only good thing was that ST was a stable job but no longer stable in this pandemic as many people asked to leave the company. i foresee a wave of young people leaving when economy is better if offered a better opportunity.

Sorry no such thing as stable job.
Job security comes from your ability to produce work.
Not your job position or the company
Any company can collapse.
Any government can collapse.
Any country can collapse.
Any economy can collapse.
You better work.
Dunno why people have the illusion that ST Is a "stable" company.
You dont work. You expect to get paid every month for free to do nothing is it.
Wake up people

Why M1 - manager level le. Cannot take initiative to find out one.
You mean you don't know what is your employment contract.
How many leave you have etc..?

3 months M grade range if i didn't remember wrongly.
Pretty sure it 1 month for E5 and 2 months for E6 though, so M1 definitely wont be 1 month.
