Few are ever fully lamb or wolf. Wolf can appear to be innocent lamb and lamb can become wolfish if needed.
Those willing to listen and act on staff feedback are not the ones who need to change as they are already good. The ones who really need to change are usually not willing to listen, instead preferring to tell themselves it’s just a small group of unhappy employees, hiding behind anonymous, don’t dare to say in real life, already doing so much changes and still complaining, only know how to complain but never provide solution, and so on. But guess what will happen to those who complain in real life?
Nothing is really anonymous, so try to keep any views here balanced so as not to fall into their trap, be ready to give example if anyone ask IRL.

But guess what will happen to those who complain in real life? -> So you are saying ppl cannot complain in real life la? Sounds like a threat. Isn't this then lambs lor? Just shut up , suffer in silence and suck it up. Anyway, it seems that you are referring to bosses. If you are one that is of the 3rd category, then I think you are that of the worst kind: Don't care what I can do to you, obey me or die.

Don’t really understand this comment, what’s the third category?
Well have you seen people complain irl, that is put their name to a complaint, and are they still doing well in the office? If they are, good for them!

If you are smart enough and read it carefully, you will understand what's the 3rd .
People do complain in office, but yeah boss wasn't around, so I guess they are still doing well!
(Anyway, whatever the talk is, I guess your point is, upstairs can do whatever they want to downstairs and even if it's wrong, downstairs cannot complain but have to suck it up. Ok, got ya)

You are right, there are also those that gossip and complain about boss on Skype, next thing you know they are helping those same bosses pass message or playing football together. Next level skill, they deserve to do well!
