who gives a **** about your hypothetical figures? why don't you make it 50% to make yourself sound more convincing? Perhaps 75% is even better?

you sound exactly like the type of pussy who wants to quit but don't have the balls to quit so you keep fantasizing about how many others are quitting.

Here's a suggestion: Come Monday, log in to your laptop, open microsoft word, type out your resignation letter, and email it to HR, your dept head, and your div head.

not really. resign or asked to resigned is also reported as resign ma.

look at the number of people with 13/14/15 year that left in last few years. the number is a bit too high and concentrated to be natural attrition.

either a mass of employees who has given their prime years of service to MAS suddenly all decide that they had enough and walked out, or they are asked to leave, or something has changed in the last few years that broke the camel's back.

Default Leave MAS for 30% increment

I am working in MAS about two years and got a 30% increment in FI. Is it a wise decidion to leave MAS in two years or wait for 3/4 yrs before making a move? To seek advise, will it have any impact in the profile if leave in two years.
