Not supervisory departments usually. This is both a pro and a con.

For senior management and high signature, I think MSD, MDD & PPD.

For movement to banks, BD.

Don’t see any value for development & corporate side.

Development side can be high signature too. Like FMD and FDD. But it is difficult to meet development targets to get recognition.

Yeah true. Some of them do manage to transit to biz dev / sales roles in the private sector

Hi all, just rcvd offer for AD position in a supervisory department.
Hv 4 years big 4 experience, last drawn ~4.8k/mo.
MAS offered 5.4k. Is it on the low end? I heard most AD start at 6k or close to 6.
