the IT folks should be in very high demand due to them knowing the systematic regulatory concepts I guess

Was a good place, but no longer. Work hard and ot with low manpower since so many have left for greener pastures.

It's not really that high yet, but your life can be the best or the worst depending on the department you join. Some depts really just do saikang only, not much transferable skills if you wanna leave MAS one day.
The perk I guess is a generally stable job. But this doesn't mean that they won't work you to the bone. Really is heng suay. But nowadays more chance of suay than heng.

I'm not the commenter who provided the initial comment on MAS' internal issues/turnover, but using high turnover everywhere is not a good reason to justify an organization's inability to address the internal issues within/high departure.

Hiding behind the "great resignation" trend or "saying elsewhere also like that" etcetc. isn't the way to deal with problems. From some of the comments, there seem to be a "sidestepping of issue" culture as well. No wonder so much complaints/turnover as issues are not addressed.

From the past responses could be between 4 - 8 weeks.
