Does anyone knows what kinda question will they ask during interview for Estate Manager (Housing Management)? Must you have a degree for this? Will they ask you on HDB regulations to see if you know?

Hi, wanna ask if Hdb will entertain you if you negotiate salary offered by them? Caused a bit low for what they had offered.

I did. They told me they’re keen and proceeded to get approval for verbal offer before ref check and official offer
