May I kindly check if anyone knows how the working environment of Changi Airport Group, in terms of annual increment and bonus(excluding 13th mth), and also is there any wk life balance, or do u need to be always bring wk hm? I am referring to administrative/financial post.

Any other insights to perks or downsides of wking there are greatly welcomed!

Do they have variable bonus (nt 13th mth) like govt in July n Dec? How is the working environment like? fast pace due to 24/7 of airport? is it hard to get in, cos i always see the requirements is need "good degree".....

not at all. pseudo civil service.

If compared, would CAAS or CAG be a better career option?
One is a stat board, the other is private/ "pseudo civil".

A friend told me lately CAG pays 6 months bonuses. Isit still valid?

past 5 years bonus payout 6-8mths for rank & file. managers usually get another 2-3 mths extra.
