Maybe they realised that degree holders salary anything below 4-4.5k is not competitive enough to attract applicants bah somemore a FAANG also stingy with pay, so maybe that’s why they increased the salary range for the openings thereafter

Non tech roles are paid that Low just have a look at the market specialist role they put out that hires both Bach and masters. The salary stated is 3.2-7.2k and do you think they will offer fresh grad 5k and above? Confirm the lower spectrum one.
