Well, one of the main job for HTX is to do procurement for MHA. U just need to know the bloody complicated process, and answer stupid questions from people who don't know anything.

People with skills can work in MNCs to create technology then resell it at high prices using branding to HTX so those people without skills can have jobs and people with skill can have even better jobs.
