The base pay apparently is 5k with 13th month Government bonus and 4 months performance bonus. 18 days of leave.
Not sure if everyone will receive the same pay though after reading through the previos old comments here. |
Total comp is approx 12 + 1 (AWS) + 1.5 (PB) + 0 (mid/end year bonus)

CSA has mid/end year bonus? I don't think CSA follows the MX scheme

I tot CSA is mostly tech scheme. Does tech scheme include the two gov bonus(Mid/End) like the MX?

I recently did the take home assignment on the 27th sept. Anyone who took around that time had any calls or email about any interview? Just wondering how long it will take.

No need technical skills, most of the work is "staffing" and paperwork.
The only technical skills you need is powerpoint skills.

Serious? Thought CSA is quite tech orientated from its many tech departments
