just do your normal teaching job. Extra projects, challenging committees, etc just say no. Use your energy to take care of your own students to the best you can, don't waste it on other boliao things that the sch wants to throw you. Be firm, reject.

What can and cant I reject? For example, every teacher has a CCA and committee? What can i say no to?

Do a research to find out which CCA and committee have the most manageable workload, talk to the committee head to express your interest in joining, then indicate your preference to serve in that committee / cca

In my school, they say "young people have lots of energy" so they put us in uniform groups and committees with long working hours.
