But of cos, if you are in Indian company, what you say is true.

Let's not be racial though myself have suffered under the hands of an Indian Manager. There are few nice helpful Indians around whom has help me in my job.

I guess you have no idea India Elementary Curriculum & Syllabus since 10 years back. MNCs value Indian more than other races these days due to their hunger and ruthless to climb the corporate ladder. They are also more willing to "bow" to management compare to Singaporeans.

Indians's strong bond does not allow asian to penetrate into their community. MNCs has no choice but to groom, have Indians in charge of their India's office.
