As long as you dont go posting things that could identify a person causing reputation damages and having no supporting evidence on what you post, i dont think people are so free to hunt you down.
You have likely misunderstood, I thought this post (not written by me) explain the point pretty well.

Eh look, if you still don’t understand the different ways how or when anonymity may be unmasked, please do yourself a favour by reading up ya? I don’t even wanna laugh

I am sure posters here know that anonymity may be unmasked, but maybe they do have things to back it up?

Then again, base the way you say things right, you may be easily identified too .

If you read carefully, the post is to people who may not know. Someone already said recently HR is monitoring, if that true, why do you think HR that is so busy will do so?

As for your next comment, hey what makes you think anyone would mind too much to share their opinions and factual experiences of work at MAS in real life with anyone who has interest to listen?

It is mind-boggling why do people work so hard in MAS when an excellent performance grade doesn't even get you 2.5 months bonus?!?!?

No wonder talents are all looking for exit opportunities.

Maybe you can take guidance from this 2020 post from an outdated thread elsewhere on this forum:

“Dude, you think this is wall street? Quit flexing. MAS hires people with the passion to serve Singapore and Singaporeans. That is #1. If you can't even show that, forget about a career there. And humility is a trait.“

Re the bonus, i think its made public that bonus pool is reduced this year.
Passion to serve? Not so sure. Cos if they really are passionate, they wouodnt be complaining about bonus.

Okay no passion so lets go serve HKMA and DFSA instead. Surely MAS peeps can sell some "experience" over there

Just a Singaporean trying to make a living. Dont talk passion as if it replaces salary.

Don’t forget this is discretionary bonus, not monthly salary. Dependent on P.E.R.F.O.R.M.A.N.C.E. Most will be eligible but ultimately it’s not an entitlement. Quantum to award is up to your employer.

Sell experience ah, what if there’s oversupply of ex-mas out there trying to sell the same goods, will it result in lower price? Hahaha

LJ lah you. Can bother to post to create fear that people can be “unmasked” but got no time to say how it happens, when anyone with a common sense knows is not possible without illegal means. You think you can fool people here just because you can talk nonsense to FIs and force things down their throat?
