**$100 INCENTIVE** Recruitment of Participants - Institute for Adult Learning Study

[IAL]

The Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) is conducting a study on job movements in Singapore to better understand the career journey of workers in Singapore.

We are currently looking for participants to share their career journey with us, how they make their career decisions and what their work-life experiences are. Participants will be interviewed by well-trained researchers and your privacy will be fully respected and protected.

We would like to hear from you if

· You have held different jobs in Singapore in the same or different occupations

· You have worked in any of the following industries:

• Science & Engineering
• Finance
• Healthcare
• InfoComm
• Teaching & Training

· You are currently working or looking for work

Your experiences will provide valuable insights that can help to enhance the support for workers needed to achieve the best potential in their chosen careers.

Note: Interested persons must satisfy screening criteria for participation. All interviews will be conducted online via Zoom with password protection to access. Only audio recording will be made. Strict confidentiality is ensured and only non-identifiable data (without interviewee names) will be used in the analysis. Incentives of $100 worth of shopping vouchers are given upon satisfying interview requirements and after full completion of interview and verification
