Sims Avenue New Private Development
Parc Esta is located near the Aljunied district so there is no shortage of food and beverage options in the vicinity, as well as convenience stores. Geylang Serai Market is a little over 200 metres away from the development and in terms of shopping, Katong Mall, OneKM, Joo Chiat Complex and Kembangan Plaza are all only a walk or a short drive or bus ride away. Eunos Primary School and Telok Kurau Secondary School are both located close to the development.
A huge bonus for future residents is the fact that the development is located right opposite Eunos MRT Interchange Station on the East West Line (less than 100 metres away). From there it is 5 stops to Changi. Going the other direction, 1 stop brings you to Paya Lebar which connects to the Circle Line; 5 stops takes you to Bugis, which connects to the Downtown Line and from there it is only another 1 and 2 stops further along on the East West line to City Hall and Raffles Place respectively.
