Overall I would prefer LTA due to prospects and better pay, staff benefits . LTA is also richer and has more budget. Think of all the road tolls, fees and coe you're paying... NEA only issues fines and that isn't much to begin with. This isn't to say that NEA is bad, it's just a poorer cousin compared to LTA. |

thats very strang of their policy.
i have almost the same offer but was given grade 7.
anw dont dwell any longer just grad the opportunity since the market is spiralling.

I am looking for NEA engineer role, 8 years in private sector.
All years relevant to job.
Is asking salary of 6.6k reasonable? I assume may be given mx11a.
Anyone knows total annual bonus for NEA engineer?

its depends how much u are drawing (pa) now? your education level?
mx11a should be pa at least 100plus k, if your current pa is near and with relevant experience, then yes
