NEA is also good but its not really a engr-centric orgn as compared to LTA. Less opportunities too because of their reduced scope as compared to land transport. Overall I would prefer LTA due to prospects and better pay, staff benefits . LTA is also richer and has more budget. Think of all the road tolls, fees and coe you're paying... NEA only issues fines and that isn't much to begin with. This isn't to say that NEA is bad, it's just a poorer cousin compared to LTA. |

its depends how much u are drawing (pa) now? your education level?
mx11a should be pa at least 100plus k, if your current pa is near and with relevant experience, then yes
