If you’re employed under a non-contract role, then should be offered perm.
Like some specifically state 3-mth contract, while others the contract is more like a probation.

most, if not all, new hires are contract. u can check with HR (they will tell you) if you headcount is hire for a specific project or a perm headcount. the latter will very likely be converted to perm.

Agree, some ministries call them probation (i.e., MINDEF has a 1 year probation).

anyone familar with ICA? just for my own comparison. my friend designatio is "Head" of IT infrastructure operations. he reports to a DD. wondering his designation is tied to which mx lvl.
