I think ok, higher than mine.
Work there 10 years pay just increased to 3200. Just 30 this year.

Any news on the salary adjustments? Most stat boards have already announced or even incremented already. IPS scheme is taking so long.

For admin staff conversion to be lecturer, will there be a pay raise?

What are the lecturer benefits compared to admin?

After poly, a lecturer was looking for people to hire for the school so i just took the job and stayed. Pretty common back then.
