ITE Polytechnic Scheme

Just wanna check if joined halfway through the year, will there be PB and 13th month in the first year or will it be pro-rated? If govt announce mid year and year end, would I be eligible if I only joined this year?

Head for non teaching staff is ips 6 or 7? Anyone knows for ITE?

IHL have non-teaching staff that is IPS 6 or above. But usually AM or M (Manager) role
