Now ocr terrace no ghost one is 5mil
Got ghost one is 3.5mil
, need to do major a&a or teardown rebuilt also another 1.5

To support 5mil, need 500k

Unless you v handsome, marry another 2 ops doc
Then 3 of you can support 1 landed

Your point being? The high prices at non-heartlands to justify operating - so that low value high prices can compete with high volume and low prices (of heartland clinics)?

Average person won’t pay more to see a GP when you can easily go to a cheaper clinic. Why pay $50 at those atas shophouse clinic when I get $25 elsewhere. Bukit Timah now got Circle Line and Thomson East Line. Not so inaccessible as before.

You are wrong , average working person has some kinda corporate benefits and will just go to panel clinic nearby , most willing to top up cost

Bro, Bukit Timah don’t have circle line or Thomson East Coast line.
You must be an arm chair gp who don’t walk the ground.
I doubt you know the area well.

It got downtown line.
Nobody take mrt when sick
Just go nearby

My clinic come one mopexer after asking for so long 4 months later quit becuase he learn the ropes liao
Resident pipeline also very chiu. Drop out rates 20 to 30 percent
The remainder 40 percent fail exams
Those that pass half straight go private.
100 fam med ressie per batch left 30 behind in ops and that cos thet got bond
Unofficially half will leave once bond up and saved up to open clinic or girls claimed all the maternity or complet family.
Left 10 just nice become your clinic deputy director or director lo
But they direct who I also dunno. Everyone leaving and no core workforce
Maybe become a locum workforce

Future of primary care yo!
I want to stay and work but also sian
As if patient not complicated enough now have to healthier sg, have to recruit p tech, have recruit Tele, have to recruit for research
Promise me pay rise make me wait few months still dun give
Maybe see amt already become the final insult
Turn locum better. Can 4 day work week myself.
Since I work v hard also cannot stay landed or drive mercedes with Coe at 130k
What for work so hard
Lie flat..chill with 4 day locum no responsibility kind of job each month 10 to 12k also not bad
So are you unhappy with the mopexer who quit halfway (4 mths in) or you respect his decision
