That’s very high. I am getting paid 5k a month in Phoenix Law. 2 PQE, local grad

i see, becos B4 JP start 16-18k (depending on firm) so if u r not partner yet, 15k is about right at that pqe

Practically it is useless.. just that the firms offering it are usually international firms so they pay higher lol.
