that is what a lot of CServants think but in actualy fact the pte sector is profit driven and has less management (definition: HOD of a department and above) than in CS...

unless you are super high caliber, you are better off in the CS.

mid year bonus will be prorated from feb to june, will receive 5/6 pro rated mid year bonus


for aws 13month = receive 11/12 pro rated salary..



for end year bonus = get full? because i work from jun to dec, correct? or end of year bonus will pro rated to full year.
