I believe every company will have their own standards to maintain. If you are interested, you can submit your resume and clarify during the interview. I don't want to give out any inaccurate responses but we won't be forcing anyone if it's not suitable.

The reason why I am not posting the company name publicly because I do not wish for some anonymous people to accuse and defame the company. I am not even asking you for money to register or anything like that, I am just sincerely offering a job opportunity for potential talents.

I've been offered this before. I have been to their interview and got selected for the training before. However, i got rejected through for the final interview of the selection of the position.

May I know what requirements/personalities are you looking for ?

I feel this type of programm is not attractive. i have a friend also management associatioe. He can earn 30k a month. what do you think you are smoking over here.

This is so not going to interest me! the pay's too little!!

That's why the selection is quite stringent and there are different rounds of selection. Hope you have gain some experience during the process though

Hi, it's a good thing for your friend to be able to earn that amount monthly However, I believe that if one has talent, one can also achieve that amount, or even beyond that after some time. What my company is offering is considered quite high for fresh graduates or people with little/no experience in the industry.

If anyone is willing to give it a try, why not? You can be like clever guy's friend!

I dont think you answered my questions at all. since you are the recruiter, you should know all the requirements. Can you at least tell your director to list down the program details or ask him to contact me.

I been rejected about 23 times already. Its more than enough experiences. How many rounds of selection are there? Will i be interview by you or the director?

For pete's sake, just name the company and let the public form it's opinion. Giving this crap that you wanna remain anoynmous and looks dignified smelt a RAT to me.
