Hi, I received an invitation for the interview with HR this week. I'm wondering if anyone knows anymore information on the 2 years bond.

Actually I am bit confused about the entire program structure as well. They also meant it's performance based contract. And they mentioned some monetary amount which I didn't catch. Anyone has an idea about it?

Yea i was genuinely shocked when she mentioned 2 years bond and a certain amount which I also didn't catch. She spoke too fast hahaha.
If I understood completely, i think she said that if you are not employed by DBS after that 1 year. You will need to work in the BA industry for 2 years to serve the bond. Does that even make sense??

I think we need to clarify everything with the hr manager when we go for the interview.

not all successful candidate will stay with DBS after the end of the program.
