I am aware that the role was a diploma level position and the interviewers had confirmed as well.

I did not perform badly throughout the interviews and has the ability to answer the questions.
Though I understand that competition is high, But I do hope it's an opportunity.

if they called u up, then u already met the basic requirements such as qualification and exp. but u didnt make it through cos u r not the onli candidate who can answer all the questions. there are probably others who answered it better or is able to build a better rapport with the interviewers. And even if you can answer the questions, it dosnt mean they are wat the interviewers wan to hear.

it depends.

for instance if i am second upper from a local uni. how much will the pay range be?

dunno about A*star. but u can expect around 3.5k for second upper with ns.

I'm a fresh grad with pass degree (B.eng) from NUS with ns.
I've been offered MX 12 - 3.4k as a exec manager at BCA academy.
Is this offer considered good?

I have just went to a stats board for interview, and i have passed the interview. Currently waiting for management approval. is there a chance the management will reject?

Hi guys/gals. I am a male completed NS, fresh grad, local uni, 1st Hons. Applied for a senior exec/manager role at a Stat Board. Likely to get an offer.

I'd like to find out what's the typical salary of either of these positions.

Saw alot of 2nd hons, but no 1st hons for reference.
