i'm from the pte sector. would like to compare how much bonus civil servants get on average a year. this would include aws, mid year bonus, performance bonus and what have you. i'm getting an average of 5.5 months a year including aws and pbonus.

typical scheme sld be around the same or maybe slightly lesser than yours on average

professional scheme or certain roles which require specialize knowledge (but not classified as professional scheme) could be more.

its most likely less. average 1.5 pb, plus avc 1-1.5 plus 13th mth total around 16 mth
