I just completed my online assessment about two weeks ago and no reply yet. I am assuming that Discovery Day will happen beginning of next year as I know few people who attended on Jan this year for this year's intake

yearly increment is guaranteed as long as company is doing well. if you see their 1H financial results it's doing well so you can expect decent increment.
you will get varying performance bonus depending on how you perform
