I don't get why are they taking so slow to make a decision. Even in between the behavioural assessments, which are standardised and digitally administered, they took 1 week+.

Most, if not all, of their decision making machinery are based here so there isn't any time-zone difference. what gives?

is this a reflection of stifling bureaucracy, group-think, and process inefficiencies?

most of the offers are out. if you've yet to receive, consider yourself rejected.

Big 4 external auditor. 1 year in. Would I have a good exit opportunity if I leave now? Salary bump? Progression? Thinking of going into banking. Any advices will be much appreciated. Thanks!

Not true... only CBG is out...

If you don’t know what you are talking about, kindly show yourself out.

seems like CBG had a few rounds of Final interview.
mine was 1H June, some seem to have theirs in late-May.
if those offered last week were real, their interview could belong to the late-May group, taking about 1 month to get to them?

Some earlier post said the last CBG panel round was in the week of 19th

2nd week of june
so looks like interview for CBG alone was spread over a few different weeks

HR has been unresponsive though, which is unlike them
