I don't get why are they taking so slow to make a decision. Even in between the behavioural assessments, which are standardised and digitally administered, they took 1 week+.
Most, if not all, of their decision making machinery are based here so there isn't any time-zone difference. what gives?
is this a reflection of stifling bureaucracy, group-think, and process inefficiencies?
