I believed it too because it didn't seem too far-fetched. I have a few friends who joined MBB for ~2 months and they're already looking for exit options.

ex-MBB with 7-8 years experience is laterally around SVP or Director level.
not associate level.
maybe EMAP life is no different from IB

yeah but 7-8 years experience for MBB should be a red flag... that's like engagement manager at least and their pay is definitely not 12k
