They won't bother to reply rejected people, so already 1 month nothing means 95% chance unsuccessful.

Experience hire.
Applied in early May. Just Got a call this week for an interview. So abt a month.
HR said that the Interview would be abt half a day. Panel interview + essay + MCQ.
Will feedback more when I get thru the interview

fyi guys... i have applied for a position and received no response for more than 2 months, no interview too. heard that the position is taken but the portal still shows the status as 'We are currently reviewing all applications.'

No rejection letter may not be a bad thing.
Sometimes they will KIV potential candidates for other roles

some of the salary bandied around in the thread are ridiculous tbh.
AM is probably 4-6k
manager 5-8k
SM is probably 6-9k
AVP is probably closer to 8-12k
VP is more like 10-15k
bonus wise is usually at least 4-6mths. with 3k flexi benefits.
so the overall total annual package is pretty decent.
