AM is probably 4-6k
manager 5-8k
SM is probably 6-9k
AVP is probably closer to 8-12k
VP is more like 10-15k
bonus wise is usually at least 4-6mths. with 3k flexi benefits.
so the overall total annual package is pretty decent.
