hi everybody, can i know what the salary range for a marine technician at PSA marine for ite holder?

With risks allowance and some OT, can easily hit 3k plus 4.

ITE grad 1.6-1.8k basic
Poly grad 1.9-2k basic
Uni grad 2.8-3k basic
No risk allowance.

PSA cannot just look at monthly salary alone, their bonus is higher than other industries. I got 6 months on average exc. aws.

You're talking about technicians right? On top of the basic salary as above. Workshop guys are divided into Tugs and Launch with incentives of 300-500 and 350 flat respectively for the groups. Plus another 100 for shift(tugs only).
