Healthcare sector bonus payout - Resignation period

Hi everyone.

Checked with you if anyone resign the day or few days after NHG/SINGHEALTH bonus payout within the month?

Meaning if we get bonus on the 25. Can throw letter on 26?

Have family matters to handle yet i cant forgo the bonus hahah! Need some advise!

Best to check with your HR or your employment contract. For some companies including mine, to "earn" our bonus, we need to work through the bonus month and then only throw letter giving another month notice. For eg., if our bonus was paid on 25th Jul, we can only keep the bonus if we throw letter on 1 Aug giving a month's notice - ie last day on 30 Aug.

I am working under NHG and you can resign on 1st Aug to retain the bonus.
