How should I ask? HR cannot understand meh? No empathy?

I'm also interested to upgrade myself with computers science what industry or job scope should I pursue / change?

Can anyhow go to the HR to request for pay raise one meh?

I thought there is annual increment yearly to increase your pay? like 3-5% increment annually, more if you got promoted?

What is your current pay?
