$100 raise from contract to perm?
An software company is offering me $100 raise for converting from contract to perm after working for a year. Does this sound like a fair offer? As of now I have 1 year working experience in Java, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering. Thanks in advance.

my last drawn pay was 3.3k/mth, about 46.2k pa including 2 mths bonus.

if you are fresh grad with 1/2yr exp, i think the pay is fine.
if you have more exp, can think of jumpin ship
