Whats ur increment percentage? How many years of experience? I also got grade 2. 2.8

What was your final overall rating after moderation for last year and this year?
And I presume your 2.8 PB is exclude your base salary correct?

I always thought bonus should be same as in terms of month if the appraisal grade is the same.
I also got 2.8 for grade 2. but not sure why some bro get 2.4? or the bro base on new salary? should calculate base on existing/old salary not new.
base on the data from the last few post. I believe 3 will get 1.8 and 2 will get 2.8. so 3+ should get 2.3? and 2+ should get 3.3? hmm
