I think in IHiS depend which salary range you go in if you got into M and promoted to SM your Salary will be in a bad position compare to those that enter as SM mid range of the tier.

Yup, SM ceiling is about there.
How about the range for AD, DD & D?

I got offered close to 5k base salary as a fresh graduate systems analyst. HR told me average bonus is around 3mths and up but first year will be prorated.

Close to 5k?? You follow HR and counted the allowance + flexi in to base salary is it?

While unrelated to the earlier Poster, my friend told me his cousin got offered 4.5k++ as a Fresh Grad from Malaysia. Probably 22-23 years old only with just a normal degree; no honours etc. Think the role is as an BA.

Not sure if this is really the practice with IHIS compensation package for fresh grads whom are not even Graduates with Merit/honours or on MA programme.

Including allowance and flexi is close to 5.4k
