yep. no diff. am new joiner in lta and asked around in my team. Hr did mention they also on 3 year renewable contracts.

In my experience, same day verbal offer, official offer came a month later.

Any idea what is the range how much a manager in NEA can earn monthly

that is pretty fast.

apply in mid Aug

did 1st online video/written round in end Aug

went for F2F interview on 19 Sept

coming to 2 weeks since the F2F round

seems like hopes are fading away even though no rejection email yet
