No hard and fast rule.. for some, manager post may be entry level.. and for others, it requires yrs of experience. A good deg will put you at the front of the pack amongst your fellow fresh grad peers, but hard to beat working experience. Since it's a Sr mgr/mgr posting, likely a higher grade position, with experienced candidates being offered the 'snr mgr'title if they get it. Also, if there are internal candidates, or those coming back from studies, those would likely be given priority.

I believe that most fresh grad positions are AM level except for ministries like MTI where fresh grad positions are AD level. It does vary to some extent but generally you will want to look out for AM positions. In your case might have been auto rejected because you are not qualified for the M level role which requires some experience.

Any one waiting for LTA response or experienced it? Was told to wait 2-3weeks for approval and clearances. Already clear both rounds of interviews and it has been 2 weeks with no updates.

Hello my school had career fair recently and as I was in the same situation as you, so I asked their HR, who told me that there are in the midst of changing providers for the psychometric test so might take another 1 to 2 months!

Cleared 2 rounds interview with lta, they called me 2hrs after interview and said they want to proceed. Waited 2.5 weeks for reference check and salary proposal.
Accepted offer and was given onboarding instructions in 2 to 3 days

Did they asked you to submit the medical questionnaire too?
Did they conducted the reference check and was the salary within your stated expected?
I just emailed the HR for follow up because I wouldn't want to wait 3 weeks and get a rejection email.
