Yup i checked with my boss. He said HR told them. And i have another D who told me if I were to reject the offer, i will fare badly for my future appraisals cos i tried to apply out lol

Received an email from HR, saying they are processing my application.

maybe you want to copy and paste the email? hard to know what does 'processing' mean. did you receive any interview request? who was the email from? from the ministry you applied to?

HTX. 2 interviews, first with HOD and DD, second with D.

After the 2nd interview, HOD contacted me to confirm interest. Then HR emailed to say processing my application.

Email from HR.

"Thank you for taking the time to attend the interview.

We would like to update that we are currently processing your application and will update you in due course."

actually it depends if they want to groom u. If yes, they will promote u. If no, will let you fare badly.

I graduated last year and am almost a year into my ministry job. Work is very stressful and hours are long. I feel mentally drained.

I'm thinking to apply for a job at another ministry. Does anyone know if their HR will contact my current boss/supervisors? Not sure if that'll make things awkward lol.

Usually is at what stage they will contact? Becos I did not put in any.
The hr will contact my current boss before processing the application?
Becos I do not want my current company to know I am looking for another job.

Lol what makes you think going to another ministry will be better. It's more about the job scope rather than ministry I would say. Policy and frontline ops roles are more xiong
