keep applying and go for interviews while you wait. i've been through these for the past few months ever since last exam and i understand that it's tiring to go through the process over and over again.
i waited for close to 2 months for a 2nd interview that never took place - several follow-ups with hr telling me that it will be arranged but then no news again. but still continued not to place so much focus on it by applying for other jobs in the mean time.
just gotten an offer last week from another company and i'm gng for an interview at a stat board tmr
a word of encouragement for you - persevere!

I understand how u feel. I am currently held in suspension for a long time already. Sometimes I wish that the company can just give me a simple yes no answer instead of making me wait for so so long. The longer I wait, the more demoralized I am.

finished round 2/final intw 2 weeks ago
last week hr called and asked me if i have gotten any other offers as well as tell me there is a change in strategy thus currently application is on hold
said they will contact me in 2 weeks to let me know the progress as to whether to go ahead with hiring or frozen lioa
some ppl say its a positive sign that they themselves call to ask u if u got any other offers n update u of situation.... but at the same time as long u dun have a concrete offer in hand, its as good as nothing

At least they have the heart to update u. Means they are keen on u. I waited for outcome from interview for more than a month liao. Called the HR one week ago and they say results not finalised yet. More and more demoralized. It's a job that I really want.

if more than one month, you shd be prepared for the worst. If a company very sincere or urgent looking for one, they will contact you asap after you apply and get you an offer as soon as your interview has impressed them. My friend got into hdb 3 weeks after she applied despite being fresh grad.

U are right. Haiz. I should prepare for the worst, or just give up all hopes afterall. Everytime I call the HR, the HR tells me the outcome of the interview is not finalized yet and this has been dragging for 1.5 months. If I'm rejected, I rather they tell me straight so that I can move on.
