U waited 1 month for the results of the interview. But why didn't u call to check with the HR earlier?

guess i'll mantain some hope till next week

juz for the reason that so far HR have kept to their timelines... called me within 2 weeks for 2nd intw... called me in a week after tt to update me that position on hold due to strtegy shift

they told me to wait for 2 weeks for another update... so i guess they desere some trust

some ppl say its a positive sign that they themselves call to ask u if u got any other offers n update u of situation.... but at the same time as long u dun have a concrete offer in hand, its as good as nothing

dun tell me we apply to the same company

also the HR din tell me... only mentioned in 2 weeks time hopefully they will be able to advise whether position closed or go ahead with hiring
