Except I got a call from hr saying currently on hold n will update me on 2 weeks

Btw is the hr person who calls u the same as the hr person in the intw?

I am not even sure if I'm shortlisted. The HR just say pending management approval. The HR is one of the interviewers.

Should be shortlisted i think. Dun don't make sense to get mgmt approval for rejection

Btw can i ask when after the intw they called you n did they tell you how long you need to wait?

I am not sure. Cos previously I called, never even give my name, they tell me pending management approval. Recently I called again, giving my name, they still tell me pending management approval. They didn't tell me how long I must wait. Sian.

If you read my very much previous posts, I also posted about the 100+ days wait. So you're not the only one :P.

Nonetheless, I'm exactly same as yours: HR didn't inform, nothing, etc. Just one day pop out. Only later, then I found out about the change in strategic direction that caused the mega-delay

I hope my outcome will be the same as yours. Do u mind saying which company is that? After 100+ days of wait, wouldn't u have found another job?
