Attended final interview and was asked to submit more documents.
No verbal offer yet but received update from VITAL to go for medical.
Does this mean I have passed the interview and the SB has approved my hiring?
Pls advise!

Expect HR to just give general replies like "still processing application", so I feel quite pointless to ask.

Can we (applicants) do anything to protect our "rights"? Since HR verbally offered and the candidate verbally accepted with everything else (start date, checks, salary etc.) completed, but HR decided to u-turn on job offer without an explanation.
Regardless, this is an offer from the ministry and their reputation is at stake too. Are they allowed to "troll" the candidates like this?
