Anyone working in HDB? Is it true that a lot of officers use coffee meets bagel app? I read in news that a HDB officer used it to meet a ST journalist, end up got fined under OSA for giving away secret info.

Typically 2-3 weeks. Now December a lot of bosses (from hiring department and HR) on leave so approval process will definitely be slower.
