Generally I wouldn't recommend shift jobs, like the previous poster mentioned, shift jobs can really ruin your health and body clock. Do a quick search on shift-jobs in similar fields on , most of them have hectic schedule and look drained as hell on camera... I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy, looks like death tbh.
If I was in your shoes and I really needed some YOE, I would maybe deal with it for a year max before I hop to another tech company.

But if hard to hop to tech company cause I’m a manufacturing engineer…

Micron is not a tech company lmao.
You guys don't even do coding or software development in there. Its always wearing that "hazmat suit" and maintaining equipment and processes for semiconductor production across the different fabs in there.
The ones who actually do coding or software development in Micron are "cost centers". Micron is and will always be a semiconductor manufacturing factory from the start, not a tech company looking to grow tech talents from within.
Join a real tech company for once instead of sulking your life in there if you call Micron "a tech company" lol.
