Since start of last year was covering for fellow colleague, a KP. Last year April promoted to GEO 4. Was told of interview around July 2020. Went for interview in Nov. Went through and this year Jan officially KP, in SMC

I got a PB quantum of 2.6 (B grade) as a GEO3. Is the quantum similar across all GEO grades, changing only at SEO grades?

I got B last yr and didnt promote to 4. This yr B again. Hit ceiling last yr no merit increment. Hope will get promoted. Would be gutted if i dont get 4

Have to get B in order to promote?
