Not a scholar or any teaching awards.
Fresh grad back then.

Mm. I entered MOE in 2012.
At that point of time, GEO 4 is not called GEO4.

It’s called 1A2 (GEO4).
I’m just using the current substantive grade.

Hi, wow that’s very inspiring and the promotion seems fast and furious. Could you share what you did / what you focused on / opportunities you fought for / given to you?

I read in this forum that for GEO 1 & 2, focus is T&L so was that what you focused on doing at the start and (on students grades / quality of your resources and teaching tools)? What else did you do and what were your performance grades like ? Would definitely wish to learn from you

Thank you for your reply in advance!

I guess I impressed my RO with my T&L and the quality of my IP work, which is the bread and butter of a teacher.

1. Thanks.

2. I hope you don't speak to your students and colleagues like this. Thanks.

Aww, did i hurt your snowflake strawberry coated mentality and make u post a passive aggressive reply? about that.

I don't have to speak to them that way, because neither my students nor my colleagues ask questions like this. I hope you don't teach the way you ask questions also, or wonder why you get a low PB when you display a lack of basic ability to apply the A.I.M qualities you are graded on at work, to a question whose answer you could gave deduced based on a previous poster's response to your questions. What is even worse is that if you had taken a bit of effort and gone through previous posts in this thread, you would not have to even the question in the first place.

Next time, do some research, ask better questions that add value to this thread, and don't cry when you get called out for not putting in some due diligence. Thanks.
