Hi, wow that’s very inspiring and the promotion seems fast and furious. Could you share what you did / what you focused on / opportunities you fought for / given to you?

I read in this forum that for GEO 1 & 2, focus is T&L so was that what you focused on doing at the start and (on students grades / quality of your resources and teaching tools)? What else did you do and what were your performance grades like ? Would definitely wish to learn from you
